Job Responsibilities:

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs.
• Test and evaluate new programs to ensure functionality.
• Identifying areas for improvement in existing applications and developing necessary modifications.
• Writing and implementing efficient code for optimal performance.
• Determining operational practicality and developing quality assurance procedures.
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics to enhance productivity.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts.
• Training users and working with project managers to identify CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals to ensure project success.
• Testing the stability and functionality of applications to deliver the best user experience.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com.
• Strong Salesforce programming skills (Apex and Visualforce/lightning).
• Hands-on development experience including batches and integrations.
• Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out-of-box features and custom development tools.
• Effective verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize Salesforce applications according to business requirements and integrate with third-party systems.
• Develop automation solutions using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules
